Staff Biographies

Gregory G. Hardwick, CPA

Greg is an accounting graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He began his career with an international accounting firm. He was a founder of another local CPA firm before starting our Firm. Mr. Hardwick has spent the majority of his career working with closely held businesses and financially successful individuals.

He is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, having chaired three committees, served twice on the Executive Committee and served as president of the Buckhead Chapter. He was named the Distinguished Member of the Georgia CPA Society in 1988. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the AICPA Tax Division and is past chairman of the Public Service Committee.

Greg is active in the community. He volunteers with Children’s Hospital Strong Legs Run, the Atlanta Union Mission, Hope Homes, Buckhead Business Association, the Atlanta Track Club and other organizations.

Keith received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Keith has extensive experience in performing audit reviews and compilations as well as all types of taxation. He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, Business Network International, and is active in the community.

Ginny Davy, CPA

Ginny received her accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has nine years experience in the insurance and banking industries. She concentrates on individual tax solutions. Ginny works as a tax and financial staff accountant. She is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and volunteers in many community activities.

William H. Buckhannan
Bill earned an MBA, with a concentration in tax and accounting, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has three years experience in the tax accounting field. Bill is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

John W. Attaway, CPA
John received his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Public Accounting degrees from Georgia State University. John is a special assistant to the Firm. He has over 20 years of public accounting experience and assists on special projects.


Randall J. Brown, CPA
Randy received his accounting degree from Emory University. He serves as a special assistant to the Firm primarily for auditing engagements and special accounting projects. Randy is an active Georgia Tech Booster and a member of the Atlanta Touchdown Club.
